    On June 6, 2009, Shenzhen Gongjin Electronics Co., Ltd. founded Tongwei Network College; On March 1, 2015, the company upgraded its online college to Tongwei Training College. In September 2022, the college was renamed Tongwei Training School, and the company's chairman, Wang Dawei, personally served as the dean of the school.

    The Newcomer Training Center is mainly responsible for cultivating new recruits from both social and school recruitment, helping them integrate into the company and accelerate their growth.
    For each employee recruited by the company, the company has arranged the "Tongwei New Star Plan" training, which adopts the "10+3+1+3" model for cultivation. Through 10 days of online learning map learning, 3 days of onboarding training, 1 day of production practice, and completing the "New Employee Three Items" (quality expansion, new employee speeches, and 50 kilometer rampage) within one to two years, the company aims to help new employees quickly integrate into the company, promote job competence, and achieve steady personal development.
    For fresh college students admitted to the company through campus recruitment, the company has arranged an exclusive "Orange Training" program, which is guided by career development and supplemented by a dual mentor system. Through pre learning, orange new employee training camp, business foundation learning, job OJT, ability building, and skill improvement, the program helps new employees integrate into the recognized company, improve their comprehensive quality and professional skills, and rapidly grow into the core backbone of the company's business within 36 months.
